How do I redeem my voucher?

Here's a mock up of a voucher so you can see exactly what you will receive.

Please click on the link under "How to Redeem" on your voucher and enter your code when prompted. Your code can be located in the middle of your voucher (see above).

Your voucher may include one of two types of links:

  1. Redeem-it’s redemption page, which will look like the one below. Please click this and head to our redemption page to provide your delivery details. The details you supply will then be passed over to the merchant providing the deal in order to arrange your delivery. https://redemption.redeem-it.co.uk/11316674/
  2. The merchant’s redemption link, which will be similar to the one below. This link will take you to the merchant’s website where you add the product to your cart and enter your voucher code in the promo box/discount code shown to receive your deal when prompted. These will vary depending on the merchant, but an example is https://www.dinkleboo.com/ie/books/personalised-kids-books/christmas-books.html?___from_store=uk.

All voucher codes are case sensitive so please ensure that it is entered exactly as shown. Please be aware that if you have purchased multiple vouchers then each code must be redeemed individually following one of the two methods mentioned above.

How do I choose colour / style / size when I buy?

For a lot of our deals you'll get to choose before purchase, but if you didn’t get the option. When you redeem your code with the merchant fulfilling the deal you will be asked for this information. 

My code doesn’t work, why can’t I redeem?

If your code is still showing as invalid please consider the following;

  • Make sure there is not a space either before or after the code.
  • Where possible try opening the link in a different browser e.g. Firefox or Chrome.
  • If you are using a mobile device please try on a desktop PC or Mac.

I have waited but I still don’t have my code?

You can always access your voucher codes or print them by logging into your account here: https://secure.wowcher.co.uk/myaccount/vouchers

Please note if your code has expired you will no longer be able to see the ‘Get Voucher’ button.

How do I redeem my code for a different deal?

You can trade in an existing voucher for a Wallet Credit here: https://secure.wowcher.co.uk/myaccount/credit

Once you have added your newly preferred deal(s) into your basket you will see an option to use your Wallet Credit or to redeem an unused voucher code towards this purchase. If you have already exchanged your voucher for Wallet Credit, please select the tick box to the left of the Wallet Credit options. If you haven’t exchanged your voucher for Wallet Credit then please select the option to redeem an unused code towards the purchase.

If the voucher you are exchanging is purchased more than 30 days prior to exchanging your Wowcher only 50% of the purchase price of the original voucher (including any postage or admin fees but excluding any marketing/promotional credit) will be deducted from the amount to pay.
