Can I refund/cancel my voucher?

We offer a no-quibble 14 day money back guarantee on all unredeemed vouchers (starting from the day after the day you receive your voucher) whereby if you originally paid in cash, you can receive a 100% cash or 100% Wallet Credit or, if you paid using Wallet Credit, you can receive a 100% Wallet Credit.

Please bear in mind, cash refunds could take up to a maximum of 10 working days to process while Wallet Credit is usually applied instantly, subject to qualifications. You can request Wallet Credit here:  https://secure.wowcher.co.uk/myaccount/credit

Refund requests received 15 days or more after the day after the day you purchase your Wowcher are only eligible for a refund in the form of a Wallet Credit.

My Wallet Credit has expired, can I get a refund?

Expiry dates are made clear on the voucher itself whilst also being shown on the deal pre-purchase. You must redeem your voucher prior to the expiry date shown. We do not offer any refunds of any kind on expired vouchers.

How do I redeem for a Wallet Credit?

Between 1 and 30 days after you purchase your voucher you can exchange your unredeemed voucher in return for 100% Wallet Credit to be used towards an alternative deal. After 30 days from when you purchase your voucher and before it expires you can exchange for Wallet Credit to the value of 50% of what you paid for the voucher.
