Generating orders

{warning} - For orders to be generated you must have your Wowcher app connected.
- Any orders that do not have the product mapped will be skipped.

Wowcher automatically checks every 10 minutes if there are any new orders to be generated on your Shopify store. Any generated orders will appear in your Shopify orders list.

You can use Shopify's inbuilt filters to search for your Wowcher orders.

When an order is generated by the app. The following order notes are added:

• The Wowcher code used to redeem the product.
• The Despatch method that was chosen to ship the product.

Update tracking

To send tracking back to your Wowcher order from Shopify, you just need to fulfil the order like any other Shopify order. The app will then pick this up and send the carrier and tracking number back to Wowcher to be processed.
